I lost my old camera, so I got a new one. A Nikon D80 with two lenses.
I'm just getting started, but it's quite the difference from my old camera, Nikon Coolpix P3.
To be able to control exactly how your photos should look like is a freedom every photographer should have.

Really. My first journal entry. I've always thought of the journal as stupid and that my journal would be uninteresting enough to not be read. But, to the actual subject.

What's with people who fav a deviation without commenting? Really? They comment other things that they don't fav, but not commenting on a deviation that they think are one of their favorites?
It's totally illogical. When faving, you're almost obligated to explain yourself. If you're not going to tell why you thought it was a fav, then please explain why you're not telling it.

I really find it disturbing when people do things like that. Constructive critique or detailed commenting is always... constructive. But just a fav? Not at all.





But you do get happy for them, on the other hand, but that's not the subject.
